As a guide the Government has stated between £270 and £330. Bearing these guidelines in mind we have devised the following pricing guide. When you compare our fees to that of a Homebuyers Survey we think that you will have a pleasant surprise and please don't forget that these are the lower level fees for the Homebuyers Survey, more expensive properties will cost more.
Houses and Bungalows:
£300 for properties up to and including 5 bedrooms. (Compared to around £475 for a Homebuyers Survey)
6 bed and Above On Negotiation
Flats and Apartments:
£250 for properties up to and including 3 bedrooms. (Compared to around £375 for a Homebuyers Survey)
4 bed and Above On Negotiation
